Sudden Phrase Change

For some time now, I've been noticing a sudden phrase change amongst people referring to the greenhouse effect and strategies to combat it. What was earlier almost universally referred to as "Global Warming" is now mainly referred to as "Climate Change". I did a scientifical study of this phenomenon by using that great friend of scientifcologists, Googlefight. Here are the results:

The use of the phrase "Climate Change" to describe the effects of the Greenhouse Effect makes much more sense than that of the phrase "Global Warming", because now you can blame all manner of climatic phenomena such as blizzards, hurricanes and rain on Guy Fawkes Day on it. Pretty nifty.

Meanwhile, the media continues to ignore the far deadlier phenomenon of Global Laming.

yes, that makes more sense, because global warming is not the only effect of human contributions to changing the environment. it's just scientifically more accurate and comprehensive.
